Mother and Baby Yoga
Postnatally, gentle yoga can help you get back into shape after the birth of your baby.
For Mums it strengthens the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and the back. It helps you to relax during a time that can be quite stressful. It aids restful sleep and boosts energy levels.
For babies, yoga can relieve common ailments such as colic, wind and constipation. It promotes good feeding and restful sleep.
My Mother and Baby Yoga classes are a combination of gentle stretching/massaging your baby and yoga exercise for you to do together.
Classes are on Wednesdays from 11.30 to 1pm in Stratford-upon-Avon. Please contact me to check on availability.
